Before setting up the International Financial Empowerment Consultants in 2002, a leadership, strategy, and governance company, regionally based in capital cities of East African countries (Kampala, Nairobi, Kigali, and Dar ES Salam) – a company which was awarded The International Arch Diocese of Europe for Quality and Excellence Gold category in Paris, 2009. In 2008, he founded the CEO Summit Uganda – a Public Private Partnership whose mission is a common platform for debate and discussion of economic policy formulation implementation and enforcement to support Uganda’s multiple Recovery Initiatives.
