Dr. Peter Kimbowa is an internationally recognized consultant and coach, specializing in strategy, policy, coaching, and culture. He has extensive experience in governance, innovation, and technology optimization, enterprise development, organization restructuring, research, and capacity building. Peter was born in 1957 at Nsambya Hospital, Kampala, to parents of Baganda descent. He graduated from Makerere University in 1980 and started his career as a civil servant in the Kenyan and Ugandan governments. After 20 years of working in public service, he founded the International Financial Empowerment Consultants in 2002, which offers leadership, strategy, and governance consulting services across East African countries. He is an internationally certified coach by the International Coaching Federation and has provided impactful training to more than 100,000 people across Africa, Europe, and America.
